A Voice For Those
Who Cannot Speak

Speak Up for Animals Who Can’t!

Mission

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit no-kill animal adoption center and sanctuary, dedicated to providing quality care, shelter, and respect to abused and neglected animals in need.

Vision

At HEAL Animal Rescue we are a voice for those who cannot speak. We spread awareness to rescue and inspire others to get involved and become advocates for all animals—large and small.

Impact

With the support of our generous donors and volunteers, we are able to care for countless abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in need. We ensure their futures are filled with love and kindness and nurture the connection between people and animals both through adoption and volunteering.

Mobile Medical Unit

Our Mobile Medical Clinic will allow us to schedule spay/neuter surgeries for the animals in our care - which will decrease their time with us, and increase adoption rates by increasing intakes. The clinic will also help support access to care by working with animal control, shelters, clinics, and pet parents providing low cost veterinarian services for the public.

Meet our Adoptable Animals

HEAL Adoption Center is located in Youngwood, PA and is a temporary home to companion animals. While at our facility, dogs and cats, who have found themselves homeless through no fault of their own, are provided with food, comfort, and medical care until they are placed in their new forever home.

HEAL Animal Rescue offers a variety of opportunities at our Adoption Center to love and support the rehabilitation of animals.

Meet our Sanctuary Animals

Our Animal Sanctuary is open to a wide-range of species beyond what we are capable of caring for at our no-kill adoption center located in Youngwood, PA. Many of our Sanctuary residents come to us injured, starving, neglected, or abused. Our amazing team works to build trust, while providing daily care and enrichment.

Opportunities for Healing and Compassion

Never underestimate the therapeutic healing an animal can provide. At HEAL, we offer opportunities for the community, local organizations, at-risk youth, children with special needs, schools, and other civic groups to become involved, volunteer, and visit our Adoption Center and Sanctuary.
